Our first Blizzard trip is less than 60 days away! Here are a few to-dos to make sure your skiers and snowboarders are ready to hit the slopes!
1Risk Waiver– Due Oct 24
This is required for all members and staff skiing/riding at MN snowsports areas. Log into your Blizzard account, select a person, and click on “Waivers & Forms” to complete. You can submit one waiver for your entire family, but each person must be listed on the waiver. The Blizzard office will mark waivers complete within 5-7 days. A red flag will show any uncompleted waivers.
Mites/SuperMites/SuperKyds/SuperMightyKyds Preseason Questionnaire – Due Oct 24
Please fill this out for each Mite, SuperMite, SuperKyd and SuperMIghtyKid in your family (even if they are on a waitlist). Share your child’s experience and skills and submit friend requests, which we use when assigning groups. Log into your Blizzard account, select a person, and click on “Waivers & Forms.” (Classic and other programs do not have fixed groups, so questionnaires are not needed.)
Members with Unique Needs
If you shared medical, educational, behavioral or other health information in your child’s registration, you may receive a call from our Blizzard Director to clarify needs and/or accommodations in late October or early November. Please contact the office with any updates since the start of the school year. Help us set your child up for success on the slopes!
