Jeremy and Erica Cawley enjoyed repurposing old items for their home as a hobby. Eventually family and friends began to ask for pieces for their own homes, so they decided to turn their hobby into a small business that would be known as The Noble Pig. The Cawley's love creating unique pieces, from shabby chic to industrial, for one’s home, but also love building farmhouse style kitchen tables for families. They travel throughout the U.S. searching for one-of-a-kind antiques and salvage pieces to bring to their loyal customers at Country Hearth Primitives in Grove City, Vintage Market Days, Scott Antique Markets, and to the Village Homestead in downtown WCH.
In January the Village Homestead was taken over by the Cawley's and rebranded as The Noble Pig which involved a move to the historical Craig's Department Store building located downtown at 131 E Court Street.
The Cawley's are ecstatic new shop owners and have created an inviting one-stop shop featuring furniture, home decor, art, novelties, antiques, clothing, and jewelry in the beautifully renovated storefront.
The Noble Pig is a retailer for the Dixie Belle Paint Company offering the sale of chalk paint products and painting services that include free consultations, DIY classes, and custom furniture painting and restoration.
Jeremy and Erica have been married since 2003, and reside in Grove City with their two girls.

Farmers' Market OPEN!
2019 marks the 19th season of the Fayette County Farmers’ Market! And, May 11th marked the opening day of the outdoor Saturday markets in downtown Washington Court House at the corner of East Street and S. Main Street. The market is open on Wednesdays from 3-6pm at the Tractor Supply parking lot at 1650 Columbus Ave.
The market offers fruits and vegetables, meats, cheese, honey and jams, baked goods of all kinds, cut flowers, handmade crafts and more…all produced locally. Vendors travel from all over Fayette and surrounding counties to participate in this growing market.
Main Street Fayette is partnering with Art on the Square to bring you the first Annual Wine and Art Walk!

Take a stroll through downtown Washington Court House while you sip and shop, enjoying wine, delicious food, art, and live music. As wine walkers stroll from shop to shop, they can enjoy live music and artists on Main Street, Court Street, Fayette Street, and inside participating businesses. Savor your tasting while taking in the beauty of the artwork on display. Each location will be serving either a specialty wine or sweet or savory food pairing.

Due to the nature of this event, guests must be 21 and over to participate in the tastings.

Are you interested in making a lasting impression on your community by sharing your passion for the arts? We are looking for volunteers to assist with the downtown wine and art walk on August 10th. Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. Please contact Tamra Hall for more information at (614) 271-2316
