The Tuesday Kind of Life
Luke 24:36-44
We’ve all had those moments where something feels too good to be true. On that first Easter, the disciples were in that exact spot, huddled behind locked doors and paralyzed by fear. They weren't looking for a miracle; they were looking for a hiding place. But when the risen Jesus appeared, He didn't offer them a lecture or a ghost story—He invited them to touch His hands and feet. He even sat with them and ate a piece of broiled fish to prove He was truly there. He showed them that the resurrection isn't just a "spiritual feeling" for Sunday morning; it is a physical reality with enough power to transform your "Tuesday kind of life." Whether you are facing a difficult boss, a stack of laundry, or a daunting diagnosis, the empty tomb means your future is secure, and power is available to you right now. Join us this Easter Sunday as we step out of our hiding places and discover what it truly means to be Raised to Life.

Raised to Life: Does Easter actually matter on a Tuesday morning?
We all know the story of the empty tomb, but it’s easy to let life push us past that story after the church services end, and the ham bone is used and put in the trash. We go back to our normal lives, dealing with the same old habits, the same worries about the future, and the same questions about whether we are truly "okay" with God.
Starting next week, we are beginning a new series called Raised to Life. Over four weeks, we’ll see that the resurrection isn't just a miracle from the past—it is a source of power for your life right now.

| Good Friday Vigil: Devotional and Free Gift | |
It seems odd to call the day that Jesus died "good," but it is.
If you come to the sanctuary anytime between Noon and 6:00 PM on Good Friday, you will experience a time of quiet reflection. You will be presented with a devotional reading describing a single word spoken by Jesus that declares you are freed from the penalty for sin and given a new and eternal life.
The reading will direct you to the Communion Table, where you will engage in a simple action to personalize the word Jesus spoke. The table will also have a gift for you to take and wear. It is a bracelet upon which that single word is printed.
What is that word? Make time to hear it, know it, and claim it.
