Our team is nearing completion of loading over 6,000 tubes for this custom shell-and-tube heat exchanger.

When completed, this unit will weigh just under 55,000 pounds!

Our team successfully trial-fit this ladder, platform, and handrail on a 32,000-gallon API 650, which will ship to the East Coast later this month.

We would like to thank safety director Melanie Komasinski for organizing our manufacturing safety day! There is nothing more important to us than the safety of our teammates, and spending six hours discussing best practices, how we can improve, and obtaining certifications through several training courses was a day well spent for the Kennedy Tank Team.

We continue to invest in equipment to improve our efficiency and overall operation here at Kennedy Tank. These two orbital welders have already proven useful in welding tube-to-tubesheet joints on exchangers with over 1,000 tubes here at Kennedy Tank.

We have several field-erected tanks in progress throughout the Midwest, such as this one in Illinois, where our team is erecting (2) 23'-0" OD x 25'-0" shell-height API 650 tanks.
