Quick recap : Closings take approximately 30-60 days. May sales numbers reflect activity in March and April. Total sales for May were 323, up from last month by 40. The average time it takes to sell a home is down overall by about 40% except in Greenwich, New Canaan and Weston, but they are catching up. Sales over $2.0 million accounted for about 10% of all transactions, and sales below $1.0 million were about 70%. Information extracted from the SMARTMLS.
