Welcome to the PTSA Weekly Blast
Donate to Back to School Brunch for Teachers & Staff
Before school starts, the PTSA Hospitality Committee is hosting a working brunch for Teachers and Staff. We are asking for your help to donate food, desk supplies, and your time to help serve and cleanup.
Send in items, marked "PTSA Teacher Brunch", by 9:00am Tuesday, August 17th to the main office at Marshall. Use disposable containers, or label your dishes with your name if you'd like to pick them up at the end of the day on Tuesday. Non-perishables can be dropped off anytime between now and August 17th.
If you prefer to donate money and have us do the shopping, please send contributions via Venmo to Tara Henigan @Tara-Henigan and add "For PTSA" in the memo/notes section.
As always, we appreciate your help as we salute our teachers and staff! Thank you for being a part of the GCM family!
Thank you from the GCM PTSA Hospitality Committee!

With the return to five-day-a-week, in-person school, this is sure to be a momentous year. Help your student capture all the memories with a copy of the yearbook!
The 2022 edition of Marshall’s award-winning yearbook, the Columbian, is on sale now. Support Student Journalism - Subscribe to the School Newspaper or Become a Media Patron
The staff of Rank & File, Marshall’s award-winning student newspaper, is excited to get back to covering all the latest stories in the GCM community. They’re aiming to resume production of a monthly print edition while continuing to post updates to gcmnews.net, engage with the community on social media, and experiment with new formats like video and podcasts.
But to do all this, they need your help! Please consider supporting our talented young journalists by subscribing to Rank & File or becoming a GCM Student Media Patron.
For just $15, you will receive a yearlong subscription to Rank & File, with each print edition delivered straight to your home. For a contribution of $25 or more, you’ll receive a newspaper subscription AND be listed as an official GCM Student Media Patron in each print edition this year of Rank & File as well as in the 2022 edition of the yearbook.
Your contributions help pay for printing costs, web hosting fees, equipment, critiques, contest submissions, workshops, training opportunities, and other costs of running a student publication.
For more information, download a subscription/patron form at www.gcmnews.net/subscribe. You can bring your order to our table at Statesmen Start on August 18, mail it to the school, drop it off in the main office, or have your student bring it to Room D211 once the school year begins.
