THANK YOU so much for your overwhelming generosity and support to make last Wednesday's GCM Appreciation event a resounding success! The rain held off, and we hosted a food-filled and fun-filled "courtyard cookout" for the over 200 people who tirelessly give their time and talent to our children every day.
Because of your generosity and contributions, EVERYONE who came and filled out a raffle ticket received a prize! The teachers, faculty, and staff feasted on charcoal grilled burgers (beef and vegan), chicken, and hot dogs, and enjoyed delicious side dishes and desserts.
Special thanks to all the dozens of volunteers who helped with pre-event shopping, setting up, decorating, grilling, food/beverage preparation and restocking, and clean up. This celebration was possible because of your help! Additionally, our own Chef Devlin was a vital part of the day's success, as was a wonderful team of Vocational Center students who assisted with set up and clean up.
