The property can comfortably sleep up to 18 people in season (April -December). Our overnight accommodations include 4 luxury sleeping tents from India (each sleeps 2), The Studio (sleeps 3) and a Circa 1930 Farmhouse (sleeps 7).
Evenings are spent gathered around a fire pit where you are surrounded by nature and intrigued by the primal influence of a roaring bon fire, while feasting your eyes on a sky filled with a million and one stars!!!
The Georgia Mountains offers great adventures for your guests while they are here celebrating your nuptials. There is white water rating, kayaking, tubing, mountain biking, hiking, zip lining or local wineries to name a few. You can also enjoy a relaxing massage, catching up with old friends or take a nap in a hammock!

We are in one of the most adventurous counties in Georgia! Home to the beginning of the Appalachian Trail and Mountain Biking Capitol of Georgia! We have three rivers that merge in our downtown for rafting and kayaking and the Occoee River is just up the rode where whitewater rafting and zip lining abound!
