FINANCING: Rates in 2024...how low can you go?

What all buyers are asking for this Holiday season- a lower rate- might just come true for next year.

The rate fluctuation continues from 2.875% to 8% within 18 months, settling at 7% in November, and into the 6% range in December. Predictions are for a slow and steady drop into 2024, likely getting to the mid 5% range. STAY TUNED HERE for more info on REFINANCES in 2024.
