Under Construction

The church kitchen remodel has begun! Construction crews have begun work and new appliances have been ordered and received. Be advised that there will be NO ACCESS to the kitchen while the work is going on. Crews may be using part of Hughes Hall (behind the partitions) as well. This project is being paid for with our Grace for All capital campaign funds. Stay tuned for updates!

Volunteer Training

Due to a scheduling conflict, we have had to move our training event to Sunday, April 22nd.

There will be a training session for all of those interested in volunteering as a liturgist on Sunday mornings. Reading scripture, leading the invitation to worship, and other exciting opportunities await one and all who wish to help out on Sunday morning!

Sign up soon in the Narthex of the church. A limited number of spots are available. ALSO, if you have already been serving as a liturgist, come to this event as well to gain more experience and meet our new crew of volunteer liturgists!

Our next session is at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 22nd in the Sanctuary.

Christian Outreach in Action, Volunteers Needed

Happy Hearts Senior Program Easter Event

Wednesday, March 29 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Happy Hearts Senior Program is held every other month on a Wednesday. Christian Outreach in Action invites seniors ages 55+ to participate in our many activities and programs offered. Activities and programs range from lunch, playing bingo with prizes, live entertainment, special guest speakers, health and wellness enrichment, receiving a bag of groceries, prizes and giveaways, and so much more.

That being said, we are in need of YOUR HELP! We need volunteers to help set up, serve lunch, distribute groceries bags, and help assist our clients on all the fun!

Youth grades 6 and up, join us for a super FUN night! We are going ice skating. Friends are welcome!! Everyone should dress warmly and prepare to have a LOT of fun! Lenten Study

The 2023 Lenten Study will meet on Mondays at 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM beginning Monday, February 20th. We use the book Easter from the Backside by Rev. Dr. J. Ellsworth Kalas.

This is an eye-opening study that looks at various aspects of Easter from a different perspective.

We will meet in the church parlor only. We will not have Zoom.
