Cosmos Mural Star Party Workshops - Register By 10/18/2020
Did you know, that according to an ongoing survey from Reach3Insights, during this pandemic 76% of people picked up new habits, hobbies, behaviors, and routines? Is your new hobby trying mosaics? Have you signed up yet to create your star or nebula? Would you like to help build a lasting gift of art created by our community here at St. Mark’s, St. Mark’s Montessori School, and the Sacred Art Guild? Your tax-deductible gift will build on the generous contributions of $5000 from the Sacred Arts Guild and $2000 from private donors – which have gone towards our goal of $ 14,500. Thank you for helping us reach for the stars!

You may Donate here via PayPal or send us a check with the words “Cosmos Mural” on the memo line.

Note: All individuals who register need to bring their own chair and their own beverage. This is an outside event, so please dress accordingly.

St. Martin's HopeWorks: Breakfast Casserole Preparations
On Saturday morning, November 14th, in St. Mark's kitchen, we will be preparing breakfast casseroles for St. Martin's HopeWorks. For the casseroles, we will need 4 loaves of bread, 20 dozen eggs, 3 gallons milk, 2 pounds ground pork sausage, 4 large onions, 8 pounds frozen chopped mild green chile and 8 pounds grated cheddar cheese. If you can donate any of these ingredients and/or help with the preparation of the casseroles, please call Jo Ann Swinson at 505-265-3339 or 505-803-6403.
St. Martin's HopeWorks: Breakfast Items & Servers
St Mark's will be serving breakfast to go in person at HopeWorks on Sunday, November 15th.

We are looking for a few volunteers to help with the serving that Sunday morning from the times of 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. If you wish to help serve, please contact Joan via email here.

We could use some financial support to purchase 3 hams, tortillas, drinks and fresh oranges and the casserole fixings. You may also contribute to the HopeWorks fund electronically through PayPal. Or, you may send St. Mark's a check and put "For HopeWorks" the the memo line.
Funeral for Crystal Wood

Reminder: Send a Short Video to the Stewardship Team
Want to make a short video for St. Mark's? We are looking for anyone who would like to record a short (approx. 30 seconds) video telling us why St. Marks is important to you. You can say it, sing it, dance it, play a sport with it, or do anything you feel called to do to express how you feel. Some questions to consider are:

  • Why is the community at St. Marks important to you?
  • How has it been a part of your life during the Coronavirus pandemic?
  • What’s the impact St. Marks has had on your life?

Is there something you think of fondly about your life at St. Marks?
You can record your video on your phone, TikTok, Zoom, or another platform you like.
Once it's recorded, please email it to Erin Cook via email. We will use them in our upcoming stewardship campaign. We look forward to hearing from you!
