Ten New "Pray Along" Videos for Anglican Rosary
Prayer Beads are a great way to anchor yourself in your breath, your body, and the promises of God in scripture and prayer. This week we've uploaded 10 new "Pray Along" Videos for Praying with Anglican Prayer Beads, using several of the most popular prayer cycles we've been using over the past few months at St. Mark's. The video format allows those of you who are more "auditorily" inclined to read along with the prayers OR just sit back and pray as you listen (like a guided meditation). Go to Mother Sylvia's website and scroll down to "Pray Along Videos".  If you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed, and have 5-10 minutes to spare, give it a try. And remember: Our  Anglican Rosary Group  continues to meet via Zoom,  Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. - Zoom Meeting ID: 288-129-177 . All are welcome!
