St. Mark's Planned Giving Update
Saint Mark's Vestry and Clergy want to acknowledge and express our thanks to Ed Lazar for his faithful stewardship through a generous bequest he left Saint Mark's in his Last Will and Testament. Ed‘s gift of $15,000 has provided the Vestry the opportunity to bring our Capital Reserve Fund to our target of $25,000. The remainder of Ed‘s bequest has been added to our Capital Fund we maintain to address required capital needs as they arise. We thank Ed for his kind Planned Gift to Saint Mark’s.

Ed Lazar’s planned gift is a good reminder about the importance of making sure your own estate planning is in order and up-to-date. On behalf of the Vestry and Planning Giving ministry of St. Mark’s we hope that you will remember St. Mark’s in your planned giving. If you need assistance or have questions regarding a planned gift, please don’t hesitate to call the church office at 505-262-2484.

Message from the Stewardship Team
Want to make a short video for St. Mark's? We are looking for anyone who would like to record a short (approx. 30 seconds) video telling us why St. Marks is important to you. You can say it, sing it, dance it, play a sport with it, or do anything you feel called to do to express how you feel. Some questions to consider are:

  • Why is the community at St. Marks important to you?
  • How has it been a part of your life during the Coronavirus pandemic?
  • What’s the impact St. Marks has had on your life?

Is there something you think of fondly about your life at St. Marks?
You can record your video on your phone, TikTok, Zoom, or another platform you like.
Once it's recorded, please email it to Erin Cook via email. We will use them in our upcoming stewardship campaign. We look forward to hearing from you!
