Message from Superintendent Deborah Houser:

As we approach Staff Appreciation Week from May 6-10, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the incredible dedication and hard work of our staff across the Middletown City School District. Every day, our team members go above and beyond to support our students' growth, not just academically, but in all aspects of their development. This special week is a wonderful opportunity for us to express our gratitude and recognize the profound impact our staff has on our community.

Throughout the week, I encourage you to join in the festivities and activities planned to honor our teachers, administrators, counselors, support staff, and all who contribute tirelessly to make our schools a place of nurturing and learning. Whether through a note of thanks, a small gift, or participation in school-hosted events, your involvement makes a significant difference in showing appreciation. Let’s come together to make Staff Appreciation Week memorable for those who invest so much in our children’s futures.

Your gestures of appreciation will undoubtedly bring joy and reaffirm the vital role MCSD staff plays in shaping the minds and hearts of our students. Let’s make Staff Appreciation Week a vibrant celebration of their contributions!
