Standing Your Ground with Lee Weems of First Person Safety

Developing the Concealed Draw and running the Qualification with Brian Hill of The Complete Combatant
Developing the Concealed Draw:
Being able to present the pistol in personal protection is the crucial skill for the armed citizen. Fundamentals and developing a repeatable, efficient, and accurate draw stroke was the focus of this block of instruction. How distance and target size change the arc of readiness during a self defense encounter. A holster was required in class. A portion of this block was dry practice and the rest was drawing from the holster.

Close Range Precision Marksmanship with Claude Werner
Close Range Precision Marksmanship:
The requirement to deliver an accurate shot on a small target at conversational distance occurs regularly in Personal Protection incidents. This class helped equip clients with the requisite skills and practice tasks that will allowed them to feel confidence in their abilities to perform at the level required for such an incident. A holster was required to secure the pistol during the class but the class did not require drawing from the holster.

We HIGHLY recommend you order ALL 3 of the options below....keep training and practicing!
Image Based Decisional Drills with Shelley Hill of The Complete Combatant
Day 2 of The Mingle 2019 was the debut of my Image Based Decisional Drills! I spent about 3 months designing, researching and practicing this drill.

Each student participated in 4 stations and each of the 24 cards serves a purpose to either evoke a very specific action or a series of actions. Everything surrounding my Image Based Decisional Drill MATTERS...making a decision and ACTING on that decision in a timely manner, distance relative, making good hits = 2 to the body and 1 to the head, and other important factors to help make lethal verses nonlethal decisions.

The feedback has been terrific. I have received no less than 10 emails telling me they loved it and some asking for a "do over" because this drill really made them think. Some have gone over their "reaction" to the card they flipped over and realized they probably should have acted in a different manner. THIS IS OUTSTANDING!

The Image Based Decisional Drills will be a "staple" at The Mingle each year.

Special THANK YOU to Claude and Brian for being available to answer questions and encouraging me to follow my vision!
