At Home | Blooming Focaccia Gardens

From The New York Times:  In kitchens across the world, focaccia gardens are blooming.  On top of the flatbreads, cherry tomatoes open like petals, with long scallion stalks for stems.  Yellow-pepper sunflowers stand tall with Kalamata olives at their center.  Red onions bud in bushes made from fresh herbs.

As pandemic activities on social media go, this one might just be the prettiest. Home bakers decorate their focaccia with bouquets and swirls:  The flat, white dough is an easy canvas, and just as simple to prepare.  During a spring when so many of us are confined, decorating them allows many bakers to bring the outdoors inside by tending these edible gardens.

Focaccia is basically foolproof.  It might require some stretching to fit the pan, but the dough is strikingly hands-off:  You mix it with a spoon in a matter of minutes.
Washington Market Summary for April 2020

( RBI )
Manhattan Residential Inventory Report April 2020

Manhattan had a 7.2-month supply of apartments for sale at the beginning of April, down from 9.1 months a year ago. This decline can be attributed to a 22% drop in listings, as the coronavirus prevented many sellers from listing their units and led many to take theirs off the market.

Since we use a six-month moving average to determine the monthly pace of closings, the drastic decline in sales will not impact this data until the coming months.

Recipes | It's a Mug Game

Always a popular option for a single meal with the minimum amount of fuss, the mug recipe can be made quickly, does not heat up the kitchen and makes cleaning up a cinch. For recipes both savory and sweet, from soup to nuts, as well as some practical advice, we turned to The Washington Post . The 34 mug cake recipes featured in Country Living  more than satisfied our sweet tooth. As we tentatively come out of hibernation, celebrations with family and friends could feature individual meals prepared by each guest.
I would personally like to thank you for taking the time to view this email.  If you're thinking of buying or selling, you need an agent who knows my hometown of Washington and my adopted home of New York like no one else.  I'm that agent.  It would be my pleasure to assist you with all of your real estate needs.

I pride myself on cutting through the hassles of buying or selling and providing my clients with exceptional customer service.  Let me earn your business.

Sincerely,

Andrea
