Surprising Places for Breakfast...
NY | Midtown West | Garment District | Non Solo Piada
Piadina, a popular Italian street food, is a thin Italian flatbread typically prepared in the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. There is a virtually infinite variety of recipes, either passed down from generation to generation, or perhaps reinterpreted following the more modern techniques of international cuisine.
While the Romagnola (Prosciutto di Parma, baby arugula, stracchino cheese), or any of the other traditional piadine are great ways to start the day, Non Solo Piada also offers a special breakfast piadina with scrambled eggs and mozzarella as well as Illy coffee as the perfect accompaniment. Pastas, salads, meats, pastries and other savory and sweet treats are also served throughout the day.
