Goal: Build small, consistent habits that move you closer to a major personal or business goal.

Day 1 — Define Success

  • Write down one clear, specific goal you want to achieve in the next 90 days.
  • Break it into 3–5 measurable milestones.
  • Choose a reward you’ll give yourself when you complete it.

Day 2 — Create a Daily Success Ritual

  • Block out 30–60 minutes every day for focused “success work.”
  • Pick a consistent time slot (morning works best).
  • Prepare your environment to avoid distractions.

Day 3 — Prioritize Your Power Tasks

  • Identify the top 3 tasks that directly move you toward your goal.
  • Use the “One Big Thing” rule: do the hardest, highest-value task first each day.
