REMINDER! UK@Work Survey September 13-24
As of Friday, September 17th, we're at 30% participation. Don't forget to complete your survey by Friday the 24th.

The Office of Work-Life and the division of Human Resources are facilitating the bi-annual UK@Work survey beginning today. The survey will be available through Friday, September 24.

Employees will receive an email from [email protected] today (Monday the 13th of September). That email will contain a link to the survey. This link will be unique to you, so please do not forward it to someone else. It's also important to note that your responses to the survey will be kept confidential.

This survey is a vital part of the university's efforts to improve the culture and needs of the campus, from the whole of the university to the colleges, divisions, and departments.
Report Finds Technical Assistance Varies Among Recovery Housing Operators
Recovery support services, such as recovery housing, assist individuals with substance use disorder by increasing their access to social support, employment services, and systems of care. Yet little is known about the technical assistance needs of recovery housing operators. A new report though shows technical assistance (TA) is needed but the type of assistance varies by recovery housing type.

QPR Training During Suicide Prevention Month
KIPRC will host a QPR training for suicide prevention on September 22nd, from 1-3pm. Learn the three steps to help someone struggling with thoughts of suicide. The training is sponsored by the Kentucky Safety Prevention and Alignment Network (KSPAN).

17th Annual TCOM Conference to Take Place October 6-8
The Center for Innovation in Population Health will be involved in an international event, the 17th Annual TCOM Conference. We would like to officially invite you to attend this fully virtual conference, which will take place October 6 – 8, 2021.

This conference is centered on TCOM (Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management), which is a conceptual framework for managing systems, organizations, and programs whose mission is to help people change their lives is some important way. This was developed by our own IPH Center Director, Dr. John Lyons
