Dr. Meredith Duncan, assistant professor and director of graduate studies in the PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics program, and Kory Heier, biomedical data science assistant at CPH, recently presented their research posters at the American Heart Association's (AHA) 2022 Scientific Sessions in Chicago, IL.

CPH students, Christopher Otieno and Ashley Wright, are part of the Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Center African American Research Training Scholars (AARTS) program, an opportunity to receive up to 12 months of funded research training in neurotrauma at the UK College of Medicine. The AARTS scholars (pictured) recently attended a reception program at the University of Kentucky.

A new mobile health clinic will soon be serving Kentucky’s kids at UK Kentucky Children's Hospital, bringing physicians to areas that lack access to specialty care. CPH alum, practice manager for the mobile clinic, says care includes pediatric cardiology, adolescent health & vaccinations.
