This week marks one year since the concept for Mr. B's Coffee Shop by four Summit Academy High School students in Economics class was first put on paper. From there, the students have taken the following year-long journey, with the help of staff, parents and our generous donors. Read more in the latest edition of High School Highlights here >>
Tickets for the seventh annual Bluegrass Bourbon & BBQ are now available. Join us for a fun, casual evening of bluegrass music from Kaintuck Band and samplings from a variety of local barbecue vendors and bourbon distilleries on Friday, March 6.

We are currently seeking items for BBB's live and silent auctions as well as the Wall of Bourbon. We're looking for tickets to concerts or sporting events, restaurant gift certificates, airline miles, jewelry, home decor, photography sessions, themed gift baskets, bottles of bourbon and more! We want your photos for possible inclusion in the 2019-20 yearbook. Send in pictures of club activities, field trips, class parties, or any photos of Summit students doing Summit stuff to [email protected].
Private Gym time at All About Kids
The PTO is hosting a private event at All About Kids for Summit kids and siblings on Sunday, January 26, from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. Cost is only $5 per child. Come run and play in their amazing gym with other Summit Families!

Parents will have to sign a waiver either online or at the gym when you arrive. Please contact [email protected] with the number of kids you are planning to bring.
PTO Trivia Night
Join us for an evening full of fun and laughs! The PTO will be hosting our 2nd Annual Trivia Night on Friday, February 21 at 6:00 p.m. at the Middletown VFW Post [ MAP]. There will be a fish fry from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. with trivia beginning at 7:00. Bring your family and friends and help support Summit! Don't have a team? We can find you one when you arrive! Contact [email protected] with any questions.
You may bring in food to snack on. Cash bar available to guests with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Prizes will be awarded to the top 2 teams. Mulligans will be available for purchase at the door for $5.00 each with a limit of 1 per team per round. CASH ONLY.
Summit Alums ring in the New Year!
A group of Summit Alums gathered at Main Event on New Year’s Day to bowl and reunite. Parents enjoyed lunch and conversation on the side. It was a great way to reconnect in the start of a year.
