Happy New Year! Welcome back this week to students, staff, and families and welcome to the new families joining us this month! I hope you were able to rest and enjoy the winter break. 

As always, each year is certain to bring highs and lows but as we continually see, the bright spirit and support within our Summit family is constant. Best wishes for a happy and fulfilling 2019!

Holiday Program
Before Winter Break, our students participated in a Holiday musical extravaganza! We enjoyed musical performances from kindergarten and primary students followed by a special presentation of The Nutcracker. See photos in the post below.

Swim Club
Swim Club (session 2) is now open for registration. Swim Club meets on Fridays immediately after school at All About Kids and is open to students in grades K-8. Meeting dates are as follows: Jan: 25, Feb: 1 & 8, March: 1, 8, 15 & 22, and April: 12, 19 & 26.

A heartfelt thanks to all who helped make the Mitten Tree Service Project a success. Students from the High School Student Activities Club delivered all 330 donations, including gloves, socks, scarves, hats, coats, and blankets, to the St. Vincent de Paul Community Center prior to winter break.
