Grandparents Day (PreK - 8th)
Grandparents day for students in grades PreK - 8 will be held on Thursday, November 15. Let us know if your student's grandparents did not receive an invitation as this means we do not have their address on file. This special event is a great opportunity grandparents (or a special family friend) to come and see your student in action. For those who haven't visited Summit, it's a chance for them to see what you already know!
Picture retake/makeup day
If your student missed picture day or you would like their portrait retaken, our photographer will be back to take their picture this  Thursday, November 8. This will be a FREE DRESS DAY for students having their portraits taken.

  • NEW STUDENTS and those who were absent on picture day will receive picture order forms this week. Please return them on or before November 8.
  • IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PORTRAITS and would like a retake, please return your complete portrait package on or before November 8 and notify your student's homeroom teacher. The portrait package will be turned in to the photographer when their picture is taken. There are no additional costs for retakes.

If you have any questions regarding school pictures please contact Chevonne at cdumke@summit-academy.org or reply to this email.
