High Notes

  • Austinites lifted their voices at the Austin Central Library for the Summer Big Sing. Conspirare's Rick Gabrillo led singers in favorite songs and a new round called "We Sing for Peace and Justice Bright" by Craig Hella Johnson. We loved welcoming the A Cappella Texas singers to their first Big Sing! Thank you to Symphonic Choir for serving as hosts.

  • An octet of Conspirare Artist Citizen Choral Collective singers brought melodies of Josquin, Hella Johnson, Parker and Old McDonald to the Dell Children's Medical Center lobby in June. CACCC also recorded songs in the Dell Children's TV Studio that will be broadcast to the entire hospital. Thank you to the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease for hosting us a part of our Deep in the Heart partnership.

  • Conspirare artists and fans gathered to celebrate the release of Earth Vigil at KMFA on online. Soprano Awet Andemicael and Craig Hella Johnson wowed attendees with Handel arias and were joined by composer Robert Kyr for a conversation led by Rod Caspers. Everyone enjoyed appetizers provided by Flavor + Co. Stream or order your copy in our shop.
