Since the beginning of the stay-at-home orders, PAA team members started virtually connecting with members through a morning series, "Morning Cup of In the Know." We will end this series today and share with you some of our fun outtakes that just didn't make the final cup!
This year’s Juneteenth takes on even greater significance and impact amidst the growing national protests and movement toward making this a national holiday. We encourage you to learn about Juneteenth and it’s important significance in African American history.

Please join PAA in celebrating Juneteenth. This special day commemorates Union army general Gordon Granger's reading of federal orders in the city of Galveston, Texas, on 19 June 1865, proclaiming that all enslaved persons in the U.S. state of Texas were now free and is generally acknowledge as the end of slavery in the US.
