Meet Shea Regan - our new Coordinator, Events & Sponsorships!
Shea coordinates events and sponsorships for the Pennsylvania Apartment Association. She is responsible for assisting the VP in organizing and executing events in addition to supporting event attendees. She is a new member of the PAA team and is excited about ensuring the PAA events are memorable. She is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Communications. In her free time Shea loves instructing cycling and circuit training classes, traveling, and reading thriller novels.

2020 will prove to be a consequential year—especially politically. Although most of the attention will be focused on the presidential race, many political and legislative actions on the state and local level will directly impact the apartment industry. New city councils have been inaugurated in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, and the action in Harrisburg will pick up heading into an election year for state senators and representatives
PAA remains committed to protecting the apartment industry. We are engaged in the legislative process concerning a variety of issues—ranging from fighting against tax and fee increases to opposing regulations that stymie our industry’s growth.

We will continually update our membership throughout the year on our advocacy.
