The Most Worthwhile Education
You Might Not Know You Need
|
|
Did you know hundreds of your colleagues have already learned key aspects of home-based primary care (HBPC) to help them provide better care for their patients, run their practice more efficiently and enhance their program’s bottom line? What do all these colleagues have in common? They have attended one or both of the following HCCI flagship workshops taught by foremost experts in the field:
|
|
Of course,
we
could tell you how the workshops are
designed for the entire interdisciplinary team
and cover both
clinical and practice management topics
. We could also tell you how they combine
a mix of informative presentations and interactive sessions
– even the virtual offerings coming later this year. And, finally, we could remind you that
space is limited
, so you might want to take advantage of our
Early Bird Discount
and
register by September 15
.
But, really, the most important people you need to hear from are more of your colleagues who’ve already attended:
|
|
“You've answered all my questions and given me a better
understanding of care plan oversight, chronic care management,
and the criteria for house calls services.”
− Haidee Polgar, APN, INR Medical Services
“An excellent 2-day program that brought up many topics that
I hadn’t ever thought of (e.g., safety). The presenters were open
and knowledgeable about all the questions asked.
The program gives great structure for a new company.”
− Nancy Doherty, NP, Feinberg Health Partners
“It was wonderful to learn as part of a community
of others interested in doing similar work. Plus,
it was a great balance of lecture and interaction.”
− Kirsten Dickins, NP, UChicago Medicine Comprehensive Care Program
