Participating in the Multiple Myeloma March
is more important than ever.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we won’t be hosting our traditional in-person March this year, but the March will go on!

Instead of one large March, we’re encouraging you to hold your own smaller events with your team, within your community or neighbourhood.
We’ll still be raising awareness and funds for myeloma together, but apart. Our March Leaders have organized a Zoom March Kick-Off for everyone participating in our city-wide March on Saturday, September 26th, 2020 at 9:30 am. It’ll be a great way to virtually ‘get together’, get energized and get the spirit going before we set off to do our own event with our team, in our neighbourhood.

How does it work?

  1. Register for your city’s Oshawa March as you usually would.
  2. Form your team.
  3. Together, map out a route in your neighbourhood and organize your own small-scale walk, bike, hike etc.
  4. Start fundraising!
  5. On Saturday, September 26th, 2020 at 9:30 am, login to your Zoom March Kick-Off link to be a part of the city-wide, virtual March launch and join in on the festivities! (To access your city’s Zoom March Kick-Off link, click here)
  6. When you and your teammates are ready, head off and do your neighbourhood-based March activity.
