Volunteer Spotlight

We are turning the page on another successful Meadows Read-A-Thon thanks to Natalie Ram Laursen and Cindy Marian. They have organized an unforgettable experience for our students by leading this year’s event. Read-A-Thon is not only a favorite in the Mustang community, but it encourages kids to dive into books while raising valuable PTA funds to support our school. From covering all the logistics to plotting out a successful strategy, Natalie and Cindy’s hard work and enthusiasm have made this event a true page-turner. Thanks to their leadership, students have been inspired to read more than ever, challenging themselves to set goals and seek donations from the community to fund important school programs. It’s because of Natalie and Cindy’s commitment that the Read-A-Thon was such a bestseller this year, with our students reading with enthusiasm and raising much-needed funds for our school. We are so grateful for their efforts in making this fundraiser both engaging and impactful. Thank you for your dedication and for helping us write a brighter future for our students! Also we are so proud of all of our readers for all of their hard work. Huge thanks to the many families and friends who donated and supported our young readers along the way!

Do you know a volunteer who deserves a shout out? Nominate them for our next Volunteer Spotlight.
