Student Store is Thursday, February 27th for all grades. TK/K students may use SKORR cards only. 1st - 5th grade students may use SKORR cards and/or money for their purchases. Please have all SKORR cards separated into stacks of 10 and stapled.

The Meadows Student Store is a PTA-sponsored program that takes place 4 times a year during the school day. Not only is it fun, but it also teaches students the value of money, encourages good SKORR behavior, and lets them practice their math skills in a “real world” store environment. Students can purchase fun items such as stickers, pens, erasers, figures, small toys, etc….using SKORR cards and/or their own money brought from home. Items at the Student Store are priced between 1 SKORR card/$.10 and 20 SKORR cards/$2.

If you are interested in volunteering at the Student Store, please click below, and note there are new volunteer requirements (including TB tests and Live Scan clearance).

Volunteer Spotlight

Extra special thank you to Christie Ly for her outstanding leadership in organizing the Gift of Thanks program. Christie once again worked tirelessly to show our deep appreciation for the dedicated teachers, administration, and support staff at Meadows. The Gift of Thanks program was created to give families an opportunity to express their gratitude to the incredible personnel who make Meadows a special place for students. Through her hard work, Christie has ensured that this year’s program has been a success, collecting generous donations that benefited all staff members at Meadows. Thanks to Christie’s organization, electronic gift cards were distributed to all teachers, administrators, and support staff. The thoughtful donations of Meadows families helped make the holidays brighter for the staff who go above and beyond to support our students. We would also like to thank all the families who contributed to this year’s program. Your generosity, combined with Christie’s hard work, have made the Gift of Thanks a heartwarming tradition that truly reflects the spirit of Meadows. Christie also is one of our VPs of Communications who oversee the communications between home and school. Her leadership and commitment to our Meadows community are deeply appreciated. Thank you for once again making the Gift of Thanks a memorable and meaningful way to show appreciation for our wonderful staff!
