What has NASHIA
been up to?

  • NASHIA announces a workshop on Applying Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practices in the Brain Injury Community with Robert Franklin. Two identical sessions are available on July 6th and July 13th. Members receive a discount to these workshops and space is limited.

  • NASHIA joins with sister organizations (ADvancing States, NASADAD, NAMD, NASDDDS, and NASMPHD) to host listening sessions related to the new CMS Proposed Rules that impact access to care for individuals with disabilities.

  • As a part of Executive Director Rebeccah Wolfkiel's on-going participation n the NASEM TBI Forum, she presented at the Improving Systems of Follow-Up Care for TBI workshop on May 9th in D.C.

For the this year's 34th Annual State of the States Conference, NASHIA is hosting a one day virtual pre-conference with plenary sessions from experts on Sept. 7 AND a three-day in-person conference in Minneapolis, MN with our traditional conference format of plenary and concurrent sessions from Sept. 12th -14th.
