Focus on the College Students

It is time to start planning your trip to Detroit, Michigan, for NDEO's 2025 National Conference. Registration will be opening SOON!


But first, we have some news for College Students and their professors. Applications are now open for the Student Conference Scholarship and the Student Conference Volunteer program. In addition NDEO offers discounted conference registration rates for College Students, as long as they have a current NDEO Undergraduate or Graduate Student Membership.

Student Conference Scholarship Applications Open

NDEO is proud to offer annual scholarships to dance or dance education college students pursuing an associate, undergraduate or graduate degree in dance or dance education to help defray the costs associated with attending NDEO’s 2025 Annual National Conference in Detroit, MI.

Call for Student Conference Volunteers

Volunteer at NDEO’s 2025 Annual National Conference in Detroit, MI. Duties include: assisting presenters using AV; answering general attendee questions about event and providing directions; helping attendees download and use the conference app; and checking in conference attendees. Volunteers receive complimentary conference attendance and are free to attend sessions when they are not working.

NDEO Undergraduate or Graduate Student Memberships

Undergraduate memberships are $50 a year and Graduate memberships are $75 a year. Membership necessary for collegiate honor society induction (NHSDA) as well.
