A Season of Change at NDEO...

June is bringing about a season of change at NDEO as we prepare to bid farewell to our Executive Director of 13 years Susan McGreevy-Nichols. With Sue's retirement on June 30th, we would like to extend a congratulations to current Managing Director, Melissa Greenblatt, who has been appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as Interim Executive Director.


Melissa will serve in this role from July 1 through October 31, 2025, as we continue our national search for permanent leadership. Please join us in congratulating Melissa on her appointment and thanking her for stepping into this leadership role during an important time for NDEO.

Seeking Mentors & Mentees!

This program serves as a support system for dance studio teachers and dance studio owners with fewer than five years of experience (mentees) in the field. The program also provides those with five or more years of experience in the field (mentors) an opportunity to share their experience and lend guidance to these emerging dance teachers.
