The prestigious SPARK Awards is designed to recognize employees for their leadership, demonstrated commitment and extraordinary efforts to bridge diversity gaps and promote inclusion.
We will announce the award recipients during our annual Employee Group Conference on Friday, October 13. Your nomination can make a difference in acknowledging and honoring an employee going above and beyond. Nominate a colleague today!
Award categories
Lead by Example – Individual Level
Recognizes individuals for their strong commitment to our ongoing journey from tolerance to understanding, through meaningful dialogue, education, awareness, and employee engagement.
Bridge Builder – Group Level
Recognizes exemplary team efforts to bridge cultural gaps and foster an inclusive work environment. The winners of this award successfully use tools to drive dialogues for understanding and employee engagement.
Nominating a colleague is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
Reflect on the colleagues you've worked with who have shown a dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
Write a brief description (600 words or less) of why your nominee deserves this recognition. Be sure to include the nominee(s) name, ATTUID, and describe specific examples of their actions, initiatives, or contributions that have had a positive impact on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Submit your nomination by Friday, August 11 to SPARK Awards.
