This year, the ASID NY crew spent a whirlwind few days in Milan for Salone del Mobile.Milano and Milan Design Week. From the showstopping pavilions at the fairgrounds to the fabulous palazzos, awe-inspiring installations, and gorgeous new product launches, it was truly one for the books. Our adventure kicked off with a stylish dinner at D&G Martini hosted by Luxury Living Group. We had the chance to tour the elegant worlds of Bugatti, Bentley, Trussardi, Versace, and Dolce & Gabbana Home. We also made a memorable VIP visit to the cornerstone of Milan Design Week, Salone del Mobile.Milano. This year marked the return of the co-located Euroluce biennial, celebrating all things light. From Es Devlin’s mesmerizing illuminated revolving library at the Pinacoteca di Brera to the dazzling displays across the pavilions, the presentation was nothing short of spectacular. Milano evenings were just as magical, like a lovely dinner with Ornare at Portrait Milano and fabulous festas like the Casa Gessi Milano Launch Party and North America Night at the historic Teatro Litta. And of course, no Milan Design Week would be complete without a frolic through Brera Design District where we explored the beautifully curated spaces of Natuzzi Italia, Molteni & C, and Ornare.
Couldn't make it to Milan this year? Natuzzi Italia is hosting our May 20th chapter meeting, where we'll highlight all the design we can't stop thinking about from our trip! For more details and to register click here.
