At the Nepal Mandala Symposium , international experts convened at Harvard to share their expertise on the history, culture, and societies of the Nepal Mandala — the Kathmandu Valley — unveiling its important and evolving role in early modern South Asia.
This year, the Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program received a landmark 6,093 applications for its fully funded career development opportunity that culminates in Dubai, with applicants hailing from 97 nations across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Latin America, South Asia, and the US.
Sakshi Gupta is an accomplished sculptor and mixed media artist from India who has just completed her time as a Visiting Artist Fellow at the Mittal Institute. She looks back on her fellowship at Harvard, and explores how she'll build on this experience in her future artwork.
