Grace Church shares their work

Inviting, welcoming, and connecting

The invite welcome connect team at Grace Church, Wilmington has been meeting monthly for the past several months. They are a committed group of parishioners dedicated to making Grace a welcoming parish in North Wilmington. They recently purchased car magnets for parishioners (and for the visitor bags!), as well as a new table cloth with the same logo to be used at any events such as their flea market, craft fair, Blessing of the Animals, etc. They are excited to spread the good news in Jesus and invite people to visit Grace!

Daily Psalm and Prayer, an offering from the diocese

Prayer for Today:

Prayer attributed to St. Francis

Lord, make us instruments of your peace. Where there is hatred, let us sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is discord, union; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy. Grant that we may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen.
