Yoga teacher Michelle Silva has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. With 500 hours of training at the seat of some of the most respected teachers in the country, Michelle brings the lessons she has learned to her own teachings. Michelle believes in empowering her students and brings a therapeutic approach to all her classes.

Our PNO Glow Party was SO MUCH FUN! The kids lit up the night with the help of Coach Bobby and Coach Charlie. Thank you to all who came out for a fun night. Stay tuned for info on our next Parents' Night Out event!

Please remember that we are a Peanut and Tree Nut Free school.

Close contact with someone who has peanuts or tree nuts on their hands or mouth before class has the potential to affect our allergic students.

Please refrain from bringing such snacks into the academy. Our students who are severely allergic to all nuts thank you!
