While we were all missing Professor Matt when he was in the Philippines, he was busy winning gold! He was even bumped up a weight bracket because there were none in his. What an impressive accomplishment. Congratulations Professor! We hope you enjoyed your time abroad!

Prof. Evaldo Lima is coming to NG Texas!

PROF. LIMA SEMINAR REGISTRATION

Prof. Evaldo Lima is a direct Black Belt under Royce and Rodrigo Gracie and the owner of Neutral Grounds Jiu-Jitsu in Long Beach, CA. Being that he was in the Brazilian Air Force, he knows first-hand the effectiveness of Jiu-Jitsu in self defense & combat. Prof. Evaldo is still active in competing and is an IBJJF Gold Medalist. He teaches world-wide and was appointed as one of the Board Members of Kuwait's International Jiu-Jitsu League. Neutral Grounds has 9 Black Belts under Prof. Evaldo Lima, including our very own Professor Matt Jones !

Join us on Veteran's Day for an Open Mat in support of the We Defy Foundation!

In place of our regular Adults Jiu-Jitsu class, we're holding an Open Mat fundraiser on Monday, Nov. 11th at 7pm.

$20 minimum suggested donation please, but any amount is greatly appreciated!

Yoga teacher Michelle Silva has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. With 500 hours of training at the seat of some of the most respected teachers in the country, Michelle brings the lessons she has learned to her own teachings.
