Close contact with someone who has peanuts or tree nuts on their hands or mouth before class has the potential to affect our allergic students.

Please refrain from bringing such snacks into the academy. Our students who are severely allergic to all nuts thank you!

This month's Photo of the Month is completely selfish and probably only excites Coach Aaron and Adri, but here goes! This is the day our daughter, Savannah returned to Jiu-Jitsu after a 16 month "break"!

She came back the day of Prof. Evaldo's seminar and she had a blast! She would absolutely die (or kill me) if she knew I was featuring her in our Newsletter, but she'll never see it! Haha!

Now let's all say a prayer that she sticks with it! #fingerscrossed
