Tomorrow is the day, friends! Our brand new Back Office system is set to launch tomorrow, January 17, 2024. (Dates and times subject to change.) To find answers to all your questions, we highly encourage you to review the New Back Office System FAQ. You can find it in an email, in the Active Rep Facebook group post from Wednesday, January 10, and in your current Back Office by searching “New Back Office.” 

Blackout Begins at 5 pm CT, tonight, January 16! 

There will be a blackout period beginning at 5 pm CT, tonight, January 16, 2024. Until the system switchover is complete after the blackout, products cannot be ordered by Reps or customers. You will not be able to log in, note any sales, or view active parties in your Back Office. Please do not plan to go live to sell during this blackout time frame. We will notify you when the blackout period has ended and the new site is available. 

This Is Your Last Chance to Download and Save Reports. 

Only select information from the old system will carry over to the new system—review the FAQ for more details. If it makes you feel more comfortable, download and save older reports now in your Back Office to retain all past information! As with anything new, we expect there will be questions with the new system. We’re here for you!  

• Our Customer Support team is offering extended hours! Please reserve your calls for only the most urgent issues during this time so they can prioritize questions relating to the Back Office. 

• Follow the discussion thread in the Active Rep Facebook group. BP staff will be there to respond as much as possible on launch day.
