As we wind down a year of relentless advocacy, we are thrilled to share some outstanding news: Congress has approved $50 million dollars for kidney cancer research in fiscal year 2023!
To put that number in perspective, as recently as 2016, the number of dollars allocated for kidney cancer research was ZERO. This growth is the direct result of tireless advocacy from the kidney cancer community.
This year, we attended 390 Capitol Hill meetings with over 300 advocates working the Hill. We are grateful to you, our grassroots supporters, our donors and advocates, for helping to make this happen.
