Next Generation of Breeders

While we are happily welcoming our 2026 foals, it is encouraging to learn about a new generation of breeders.

This month's CWHBA feature in the World Breeding News is the first installment of a series introducing the next generation of CW breeders. These are people that are coming to us from sport and the Young Breeders Program whose contributions as volunteers, coaches and breeders are making a difference now and will into the future.

Please take the time to read the article and at the same time take note of the cover feature about Jan Pederson retiring after 32 years as President of the Danish Warmblood Horse Breeders Association.

Our industry is built upon the lifetime commitments of people such as Jan and makes it even more significant that we have younger people stepping up to carry the torch for Canadian Breeders.

Remember to Support the fund raising efforts of our Young Breeders Team headed for Germany in July!
