Hull No. 1 of the new Viking 50 Convertible will be unveiled tomorrow at its world premiere at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Finished in Whisper Grey gelcoat with a faux teak toe rail, the 50 shows classic Viking lines and a sleek, powerful stance. Here’s a sneak peek at a few shots of the boat.

The 50 Convertible is the ideal owner-operator sportfisher – refined, powerful and ready for any kind of fishing anywhere in the world. Up top, dual 22-inch Garmin displays, Release Marine helm chairs and a Costa Clear enclosure deliver the perfect command center.

Powered by twin MAN V8 1200 MHP diesel engines, the 50 Convertible delivers exceptional performance, with a soft, dry and efficient ride – the result of decades of design development and refinement. The 131-square-foot cockpit is tournament-ready with a Seakeeper, refrigerated fishboxes, a live well and a crushed-ice machine.

Inside, satin horizontal-grain walnut cabinetry and natural light define a three-stateroom layout that blends comfort and craftsmanship.
