You can’t have clarity without confidence. One of my favourite quotes is “If you have clarity you don’t need therapy” (Dr Robert Holden).  It’s perfect.  Confident people know who they are, they play to their strengths and know what they want (clarity). This gives life purpose and meaning.

When we know our worth, don’t minimise but own our awesomeness our confidence grows. Under-confident people tend to downplay their strengths leaving them stranded at basecamp at the foothills of possibility.

Often, we don’t believe in ourselves, trust or honour what we have done. We are quick to dismiss our strengths as either flukes or flattery. We brush off compliments like psychic lint or blame luck for our achievements.

So here I present one of my most effective power tools designed to put an end to all that self-deflating malarkey.
