We’re excited to share that we will be transitioning to a new timesheet system, Unanet, designed to make inputting time easier and more efficient. The new timesheet system will go live on January 1st, 2026.
To ensure everyone is comfortable with the new system prior to the go live date, we’ll be holding two training sessions that are listed below. The meeting invites will be sent to your NuAxis emails. Employees need to attend one training.

Session 1: Tuesday, December 16th at 2pm EST
Session 2: Friday, December 19th at 11am EST
During these training sessions, employees will be given the access information to the new system. Employees will learn how to log into the system, how to input time, and some other important features of the new system. We’ll also be highlighting some of the exciting new features of the Unanet system which includes a Mobile App and easier tracking of missing time for managers.
For employees who cannot attend in person, we will record the sessions, and they will be available on my.nuaxis.com after the trainings.
