NuAxis Happiness Pulse Check Survey

As part of our Employee Experience (EX) efforts, feedback from you is a very important indicator for assessing team member happiness.

Dear NuAxis Team,


Our quarterly NuAxis Happiness Pulse Check Survey uses this Net Promoter Score concept. It allows us to measure and get a snapshot of NuAxis team members’ willingness to be ambassadors for the company by advocating employment here. By asking a variation of the question, “On a scale of zero to ten, how likely is it that you would recommend this company as a place to work?”; we can get a good sense of team member happiness and engagement on a quarterly basis.


We have added two additional questions below to better gauge your feedback, which will help us continue to build the best employee experience for you and our team members.


  • How meaningful is the work you are doing?
  • How much do your opinions about work matter to your coworkers?

WalkThere Challenge - May 2025

Open to everyone! We’re challenging employees to walk 120 miles by the end of May 31st. We will have prizes for the employees who hit different milestones, as well as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

That’s right—even if you’re not enrolled in the NuAxis medical plan, you can still join the challenge!

If you are not enrolled in Nuaxis benefits and would like to participate, please email hr@nuaxis.com to sign up! Here are the instructions:


  • Track your daily steps using any fitness app (Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, etc.) or a pedometer.
  • Send weekly step/mileage screenshots to hr@nuaxis.com.
  • Include your weekly totals and final count by May 31st.
  • HR will track your progress manually and include you in the prize pool!


As HR will be keeping track of your weekly walking mileage, we are requesting that you send in a screenshot of your weekly miles on Thursday of every week. The screenshot should be sent to HR@nuaxis.com. Since the challenge started on May 1st, the weeks will be broken down as follows:

 

  • May 1 – 7th (take a screenshot EOD on 7th and share it on May 8th morning)
  • May 8 – 14th (take a screenshot EOD on 14th and share it on May 15th morning)
  • May 15 – 21st (take a screenshot on EOD 21st and share it by May 22nd morning)
  • May 22-31st (take a screenshot on EOD 31st and share it by June 1st morning)


If you're enrolled in a NuAxis medical plan, please continue using the Healthy Merits portal to log your steps and complete the challenge.


Important Information for Participants Enrolled in NuAxis Medical Plan


To ensure that we have the most updated sync of your miles from your fitness device and Healthy Merits app, you must open both the Healthy Merits app and the wearable device app and leave both apps open and running for about 20 minutes. Then, close and re-open the Healthy Merits app, and the progress should then be updated. It is recommended to complete syncing periodically throughout the challenge (at least once per week or as often as you’d like).

Walk 120 miles in one month—that’s just 4 miles a day! Track your progress on the Healthy Merits portal or sync your steps with your fitness device (Google Fit, Apple Health, Fitbit, etc). The challenge will run for 30 days.

Everyone who completes the challenge will earn 25 wellness points—but that’s just the beginning!

Hit these mileage milestones for Amazon gift cards:


  • 30 miles – $25
  • 60 miles – $50
  • 90 miles – $100
  • 120 miles – $150

Top walkers will receive additional rewards:


  • 1st place: Additiona$200 added to the miles achieved above
  • 2nd & 3rd place: Additional $100 added to the miles achieved above
