BOOK RECOMMENDATION

"Co-Intelligence: The Definitive, Bestselling Guide to Living and Working with AI"

In Co-Intelligence, Wharton professor Ethan Mollick presents a pragmatic blueprint for human and artificial intelligence to operate in harmony. Rather than opposing AI, he urges us to embrace it, as a collaborator, educator, or coach. Showcasing in-the-moment examples from business and education to illustrate its practical benefits. Mollick outlines simple yet powerful principles: invite AI into your workflow, stay actively engaged as the human in the loop, give AI a clear role, and recognize that today's AI is only the starting point of ever-improving systems

He makes the case that AI’s true value lies in amplifying human creativity, judgment, and emotional intelligence, not replacing them, and that effectiveness comes through experimentation, prompt refinement, and ethical awareness

The book strikes a balanced tone: hopeful and accessible, grounded in real-world application without succumbing to hype or fear
