How Intention and Manifestation Work Together.

Eric Ehrke, LCSW, LMFT

We are all swallows gliding together in a seashore estuary lifted high occasionally within warm currents of love. Magic happens when are one with the earth, our body and divinity. Even though we soar into the heavens occasionally with our soul, our body crashes on earth often enough. This is the nature of life on earth. Like a toddler, we are all figuring out how our body works and frequently fall. The solution isn’t never falling, but how we rise and stand tall again. After crashing and burning, do you jump up and look forward to trying again with enthusiasm and passion…or wallow in despair and pessimism? This article describes how intention and manifestation need to work together.

How Prostaglandins Effect Your Body

Kalpana (Rose) M. Kumar, M.D.

Prostaglandins are hormone-like substances derived from fats such as Omega-3 and Omega-6. Good fats create prostaglandins that are good for the body. These are called series 1-prostaglandins. They reduce the stickiness of blood, control cholesterol levels, improve immune function, maintain fluid balance, and reduce inflammation. Series 1-prostaglandins are derived through Omega-3 from fish, nuts, and seeds. The highest concentrations of Omega-3 can be found in mackerel and cold-water fish like trout and salmon. Vegan sources of omega-3 are flax, walnuts, seaweed and algae.
