If you only read one newsletter from us this year, make this the one. We have SO MANY things happening over the next month, including a homecoming party for Grandmaster Aiping Cheng on October 15! Also, we have an exciting new certification course offering that will be taught by Tim Regan early morning on Tuesdays beginning October 3.
This Sunday: Online Community Workshop
Join us this Sunday for our September online community workshop. In this workshop, we will hone our ability to connect our spiral movements in Tai Chi by drawing the Yin Yang symbol with our hands. The challenge with drawing the Yin Yang symbol with our hands is we don't actually want to draw the symbol with our hands. We want to generate a spiral movement in our body and allow the hands to connect to the spiral movements and formulate the Yin Yang drawing as a result of maintaining the connection. This workshop will help you deepen the connection between your hands and your center.

Workshop fee: $25.

Please Note: If you subscribe to our Patreon at the Stressbender ($10/month) level or higher, you do not need to purchase a workshop ticket to attend. Just log in to your Patreon account and join the Zoom directly from Patreon.
